If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at klyrocompresshelp@outlook.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.
